What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Orange County and will consider larger projects in Los Angeles and Riverside County

What should I do with my pets when you are here?

You may leave them inside, but we prefer that you put them in a cage or outside.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, or credit card.

Cleaning Questions

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes I provide all cleaning products and materials. The only thing I ask you to supply is a toilet bowl brush and trash bags.

Will you clean my pet's mess or change cat litter?

While we are glad to rid your home of pet fur, we do not clean up pet feces or vomit. Please take care of your pet's accidents prior to your cleaning.

Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?

No, but we prefer you are there when we arrive for your very first cleaning.

Will you use Clorox or Bleach?

If you prefer standard cleaning products we can certainly provide usage of clorox, bleach, or other common household cleaners.

Which eco-friendly cleaning products do you use and on which surfaces?

Hard Floors- Honest Company Floor Cleaner

Glass/Mirrors/Windows- Seventh Generation Glass Cleaner

Bathroom Surfaces- Seventh Generation Disinfecting Cleaner

Shower/Tub- Method Soap and Bon A Mi mixture

Organizing Questions

My home is really messy and cluttered, is it the worse you have seen?

No and you are not alone. I have seen it all and would never judge you by the state of your home.

Do you clean while you organize?

Yes. All surfaces will be wiped down during the organizing process as well as a final vacuum/sweep.

What should I do before my organizing session?

Nothing. We prefer you do not clean up before our arrival. We want to see your space as is!

Should I buy organizing materials beforehand?

No. After we sort through your items we can determine the best storage and organizing solutions for your space. We can use materials you already own or, depending on your budget, create a custom list of solutions for you to purchase. We will assist in shopping for those items at an additional cost.

Do I need to be actively involved in the organizing?

Yes and no. We need your approval before donating/removing items from your home, so it helps to have you present throughout the process. However, under certain conditions we can absolutely organize in your absence.

Will I be forced to throw things away?

No we believe there is a space for everything in most situations, but we encourage you to only keep the things that you really love and use!

How long will it take?

There are many factors to consider when estimating how long a project will take to complete, including; the amount of space, density of clutter, and your schedule. After the initial 4 hour session I will be able to give you a more accurate timeline for your project.
